Invitation to Pre-qualify - Montserrat New National Hospital
Description
The Government of Montserrat (GOM) is constructing a new national hospital on the site of the existing hospital. This 57,817ft2, three story facility is a major part of the GOM’s programme to improve health and welfare outcomes for the population.
The Ministry of Health and Social Services (MoHSS) is the Implementing Agency for the Project. MoHSS has retained Article 25 Architects to develop the detailed design which will be completed in June 2023. MoHSS intends to pre-qualify Build contractors to deliver this Project and it is expected that Invitations to Bid will be issued in July 2023.
