Tenders-MS

The Government of Montserrat is an internally self-governing overseas territory of the
United Kingdom, located in the Leeward Islands.
Currently there is a ferry service between Montserrat and Antigua and the
Government will be tendering in mid-June for a new one-year contract for the
service, with the contract commencing on the 1st October 2019.
The Government is therefore seeking operators with a suitable ferry to conduct a
regular service between Montserrat and Antigua with occasional trips to other
neighbouring islands.
The Government is seeking value for money through this procurement, which will be
advertised through the e-sourcing portal (mytenders) and through a hard copy
paper-based process. The tender award will be made on the basis of the most
economically advantageous tender, over the full period of the contract.
