Invitation to Tender - Passenger Ferry Services operating from Little Bay Montserrat
Description
The Government of Montserrat, represented by the Office of the Premier – Access Division, invites suitably qualified tenders for the provision of Operational Support Passenger Ferry Services, including cargo capability, for the period 1st December 2026 to 31st May 2027.
The service will include:
· Passenger and cargo operations
· A fully crewed vessel
· Primary route: Montserrat (MNI)↔ Antigua (ANU) on 5 to 6 days per week
· Secondary route: Montserrat (MNI)↔ Nevis (NEV) on 1 to 2 days per week
· Special Voyages: Montserrat (MNI) ↔St. Marteen (SXM) or Guadeloupe (GLP).
· Service Provider-funded fuel, agency facilitation, port charges, docking fees
· Service Provider retention of all ticketing and cargo revenue collected
Tendering will be conducted under the open tendering procedures of the Public Procurement Act 2025 and Public Procurement Regulations 2025.
