The Ministry of Agriculture, Lands, Housing & the Environment is selling the wooden building for removal from the Little Bay site. Interested persons are expected to visit the site before preparing their offers to ensure familiarity with the building structure and scope of works to be undertaken for removal after award. No formal site visit is planned; therefore, it is important that potential bidders visit the site prior to submitting a bid.
