Interested bidders are invited to submit auction offers, via sealed bids, to purchase from the Government of Montserrat, dismantle and remove two wooden building superstructures at the Glendon Hospital, Montserrat.
This includes:
1. The Building formerly called the Hill-view Building and;
2. The Diabetes Association Building
(Refer to Appendix 1 to identify location of each building, and Appendix 2 to see photographs of each building)
It is anticipated that interested parties may consider this a cost-effective manner in which to reclaim and reuse the wide range of materials contained within these buildings e.g. wooden timbers, roof rafters, doors, lighting, plumbing, and various other fittings.
ln preparation for the new Hospital Project, the Ministry of Health & Social Services is requesting offers from interested buyers who wish to:
- purchase from the Government of Montserrat, the Hill-view and the Diabetes Buildings (superstructures), and
- fully dismantle the buildings (excluding the concrete footings), and
- remove all the dismantled materials from the site at Glendon Hospital.
